The Directorate of Audit & Pension, Department of Finance, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, is committed to providing timely and efficient pension services to ensure a dignified post-retirement life for government employees. Our mission is to ensure that all retirement benefits, including the Pension Payment Order (PPO), are processed and delivered on or before the date of superannuation. To achieve this, we have implemented an online Pension Processing and Tracking Portal, which digitises the entire pension workflow. The portal enables retiring employees and departments to track the status of pension cases in real-time. It securely maintains personal and service records, enabling online submission and verification of pension-related documents. The portal also sends automated SMS and email notifications to keep retiring employees informed about the progress of their pension applications. By promoting transparency, accountability, and efficiency, the system ensures timely and accurate disbursement of pensions and retirement benefits across the state.
